These high-quality carbon fiber sheets plate come in various sizes, made from 100%, 3K plain weave, carbon fiber and finished with a matt surface on both sides. Unlike many low-cost carbon sheets that are made by pressing two outer skins of carbon fiber over a carbon and resin core, these plates are made with layered sheets of carbon fiber and resin, making them the same strength all the way through.

These panels leave the mold with a beautiful high gloss surface on one side and a matte finish on the other side for bonding. 

Panel Basics

This panel has a 2×2 twill weave pattern, one of the most common weave patterns in many markets. The finished side of the panel has a classic 2×2 twill, 3K woven carbon fiber appearance and is nearly pinhole-free with a high-gloss finish. The backside of the panel showcases a matte textured ‘peel ply’ finish suitable for secondary bonding, if necessary.
