Unlike many low-cost carbon sheets that are made by pressing two outer skins of carbon fiber over a carbon and resin core, these plates are made with layered sheets of carbon fiber and resin, making them the same strength all the way through.

Panel Basics
This panel has a 2×2 twill weave pattern, one of the most common weave patterns in many markets. The finished side of the panel has a classic 2×2 twill, 3K woven carbon fiber appearance and is nearly pinhole-free with a high-gloss finish. The backside of the panel showcases a matte textured ‘peel ply’ finish suitable for secondary bonding, if necessary.
